iCi Cancelation Policy

Because we know your time is valuable, there is a cancellation policy in place for both Talent and Client. While the platform is designed to be as flexible as possible, last minute cancellations are inconvenient to Client. It also prevents other talent from claiming jobs, which leads to fewer jobs being available to the Talent who can actually work. If you cancel a confirmed booking to close to the scheduled start time, you may be subject to deactivation of the iCi App.

Cancellation policy: CLIENT

Clients may cancel Projects booked through the Service in their sole discretion at any time. Client can cancel a Project at any time prior to 24 hours before the Project start-date for the full refund. If a Client cancels a Project within 24 hours of the Project start-date, then the Client will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the applicable Fee. If a Client cancels a Project within two (2) hours of the Project start-time or during the Project, the full Fee will be charged. We may change the cancellations policies set forth in this Section in our sole discretion.

Cancellation policy: TALENT

If you are unable to make it to a job that you have booked, you can remove yourself up to twenty-four (24) hours in advance from the job date. Talent cannot reschedule a job on behalf of the Client. You are only able to remove yourself from a job. You shall be warned that cancelling a booked Project is not a professional behavior and may have consequences in your Talent reputation and reviews the Clients may give you. Furthermore, you should remove yourself as soon as you know you will not be able to make it in order to avoid deactivation from the platform. Canceling and no-showing for a confirmed Project is not recommended and can affect your ability to be cast for future events. It is important that, if you applied for Project, you are able to attend the booking. iCi App is a community for professionals, please make sure if you applied for a Project you will be available as you are taking Projects form other fellow talent. Canceling less than twenty-four (24) hours before an event or during the event will result in a no-show. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to take remedial actions, which may include, without limitation, prohibiting you from using the Service in case we will retain your cancellation not reasonable in terms and/or timing. We may change the cancellation and rescheduling policies set forth in this section in our sole discretion.
